My air fuel mixture ranges from 10 to 11 across the rev range (very rich in my opinion), dyno at 180 hp at the rear wheel.
Your A/F is way rich. Get a fuel pressure regulator and lean down those injectors. I'm experiencing the exact same thing on my E30 325i with 12 to 1 comp, 19lb injectors, etc. I'm moving to a MAF and a piggyback computer.
