Our M3`s run very rich when first started cold. If you don`t rev the engine or at least take a run around the block, you are likely to foul the plugs.

I just got my car painted at a bodyshop and when I was going to pick-up the car, it would only crank but not start.
There is gas.

I've heard that when the M3's are started on/off many times and have only moved in short distances, it causes build-up in the plug which causes the car not to start.

Has anyone had this problem? Is this a fact? They said clean the plugs and it will start again.
