: Has anyone ever replaced the front bumper to a CSI bumper ? It looks like an easy job becuse every parts behind the bumper is same except the cover.
: I have a damaged lower part so I might as well replace it to a better one ?
: Thanks for the help.

What you are contemplating doing is really pretty easy. The concept is actually a common option/upgrade in Europe-i.e. installing a CSi body kit on a standard e-31. For the front you need the actual nose piece, and then you need to decide what you want to do for a front license. The CSi uses an OEM frame/carrier and left and right end pieces that accomodate the long/narrow Euro plate. The alternative is a Racing Dynamics insert that is smooth and flush with the rest of the nose and IMHO much better looking. All of these must be painted to match. You ALSO need the European installing set. This has all the clips, parts, lower spoiler extension, brackets, screws etc., etc. that you need to put it on. The installing set also has the parts to install the rear lower CSi air deflector under the rear apron. P/N for the installing set is 82 11 9 402 709, and it has an instruction sheet that is invaluable. So yes it can be done, but no it is not a case of simply removing the old lower and slapping on the CSi instead.
