Those are THE questions you want to ask yourself. I own both a modded 95 M3 and a slighty modded 91 850i. Both are great cars in their own right. The 850 is a cruiser and the M3 is a handler. I don't know if I could ever choose one or the other, as I really enjoy them both, because each is the best at what they are for.
