Your price isn't necessarily some special deal, just extenuating circumstances. Damn... good for you, bad for us ;-) ... that would have been pretty trick, otherwise.

I see what you mean, though: cost, MINUS the costs of the necessary repairs, would greatly diminish the final "price" of the upgrade.
