looking at a 850csi (archive)

I took a look at an 850csi with an automatic today. The car has 60k miles and is in great shape. I believe it was a '91. The dealer is asking $30,000 for it. Does this sound like a fair price? It's been on his lot for over a year so I'm a little cautious.
