How wide is a 335 tire? (archive)

In reading the registry I saw a car that had 335 wide tires..what does that relate to in inches? 13"? Man it was one beefy looking tire. I'm asking you guys cause Justin mentioned the 600 coupe at the dragstrip with 315/30 tires...that's a very small sidewall.
