Need limp-home diagnostic help on 91 850!! (archive)

On my 91 850, the engine runs on one bank when it is cold, and when it has been running for about 20 minutes, but it runs on all 12 in between those times. I have switched throttle motors, still same bank down, switched throttle bodies, same, replaced the coil, rotor and cap on the affected side, still no change. Does anyone have any ideas what this could be? The diagnostic code is main ignition module on the self test. HELP!!!!!!!
