Mark This has been done on the V12 750i there
was an article done for the Roundel in the early
90's maybe you could track down the shop that
pulled it off. There is an article in the BMW
Enthusiast's Companion regarding an '88 533i big
six that was gassed by Nitrous Oxide Systems
of Calif. whom I believe did the V12 as well.
