I would have a vacuum test done on the intake manifolds (the small nipples right by the throttle bodies). Could be a vacuum leak that the computer compensates for once the engine is actually running. I suspect this mainly due to your comment that you had the intakes worked on. Also, if that isn't it, you might have them check the chips themselves, one or both could have been slightly damaged by static electricity upon installation.
