I had it done and my "Check Engine" light went on. I took the car back, they have spent half a day trying to find the cure, but finally they put the old chip back and everything was perfect.
They replace a ECU chip to a lower emission control one, (cut back a few HP probably) and if your car has more than 60,000miles probably will have a same problem as I had.
Stupid idea, these cars has a good emission and not need any more restriction.
(By the way when a new chip was in the car the idle was off, and the engine didn't run smooth plus a few minutes later I got the CHECK light on)
