NOBODY is getting 28k for a 91 e31. 'Round here, they go for around 20-24k, I have even seen a few in the teens. There was a very nice one, which some moron repainted the wrong color, for 13,900. By the time I arrived at the guy's home, he had sold it FOR CASH to someone else! :(
(BTW, it had 89kmi on it.)

KBB is the worst indicator of a vehicle's value I have EVER seen. Period. They do not even list classic/specialty vehicles! NADA is going to have a sight soon, too, but I do not trust them at all. The best way to gauge the value of a car is to look in the paper at like vehicles, and to go to AUTOTRADER.COM

(I would not part with my car for 15k, by the way, that was an estimate. The interior upgrades alone ran me over $7500. It has an L6 style interior, and LEATHER everything, and the engine is clean enough to eat from.)
