Anyone know about PROgram ???? (archive)

'The Racers Group' ( www.racersgroup.com) have a new product called PROgram it can be added to any ECU (OBDII). Regardless of any performance modifications (chip, exhaust, CAI...etc) it will further increase and optimize the performnace of your car according to "the Racers Group". They set-up/design the new "unit" exactly to you car, meaning you have to bring your own car. It sounds very reasonable (it's your car they dyno, check, modify...ect).
Does anyone have any information on it, experiences...etc.
