Are you saying that your original forged 16" wheels weigh 12.5 lbs? Put them on a scale, they probably are closer to 20+lbs each. If your wheels are wobbling at 25lbs, one is either bent, the suspension is damaged or something else. A 25lb wheel should make that much of a difference. The 3piece 17"-18" BMW wheels weigh more than 25lbs, so what gives.
