Vibration @ RPM's (archive)

Just wanted some opinions (no opinions here, right?) on what might be the cause of a vibration in the engine from about 1500 to 1750 rpm. It is smooth before and after that and I have adjusted my shifts (manual) to avoid that range. I am leaning towards engine mounts or harmonic balancer (ouch! big bucks). Let me know what you think. The vibration is not in the tranny since it happens in any gear at those rpm's. Also, the vibration is not intrusive (in other words a passenger wouldn't even know it was happening). I is similar in feel (through the pedals and steering) to what you would experience in shifting too soon and a slight lugging of the engine.

Also, can someone give me advice on how to include a .jpg file in my posting here? I have some Speedline MIM wheels that I need some info on and it can only be asked along with a picture of the wheel for identification purposes.
