This is a bad assumption. In fact, there are normally different wiring harnesses between US models and Euro models, as well as different harnesses within different production years of the same country specific model. For example, the front headlight wiring harness is completely different on the Euro models versus the US spec models. Rather than ever make assumptions about wiring harnesses, the best advice is to examine the parts fiche and compare the US models to the Euro models and see if in fact the same part number is used.
