It is a dated design, (the car was designed late 80's ) and the interior looks kind a creepy for an over 80k car. I agree with you but and I should say it with capitols BUT the rest of the car is faboulus. I put aftermarket carbon-fiber covers to make them look better - it did help a bit but still outdated. Compare to a 7 series the 8 is looks old inside. The quality also doesn't match to those newly designed interiors. Sorry ...
