91 thru 93 came with 6 speed or automatic. 94 and 95 CIs were automatics. CSIs for these years were 6 speeds. As I understand it the 96 and 97 CIs did not offer a 6 speed.
There also were some minor changes to the 93 CI. This was the year that the folding rear seat debuted and also the interior had some minor changes. I don't really know if anything else changed.
I certainly can assure you that the 6 speed was available on the 93. I have one! However, there does not seem to be many of them out there. I consider myself lucky to have found this one.
