I'll answer that question for you. The '88-'90 750iL is a different ECU; the '91-'91 750 and 850 ECU's are the same.

: Forgot to mention; be very careful that the Bosch part number for your ECU is identical to the ECU for which Jim C. developed his chips. It's possible that the early V12 boxes may be different.
