Strange gurgle at start up (archive)

Sometimes when I first start my 1993 850 Ci, I hear a strange gurgling sound that appears to be coming from the left rear of the car. It only happens when the car is started, and only lasts a few seconds. It sounds like fluid and air running through a hose.
Every thing is working properly and no alarms are going off (there seems to be a sensor for everything on this car).
Anyone have any idea what this could be?
Should I be concerned?
