I just went through this a couple months ago. This price was for parts and labor for replacing the intake manifold with a Dinan intake manifold, new intake manifold gaskets, installing the dinan intake manifold gasket kit, and Dinan chipping. However, the dinan parts alone came to more than half that cost so just replacing the gaskets would be significantly less.
