I've done it on mine and there is nothing you can do becuse the cooling for the brakes and altyernator remains a same. The ducts are in the upper spoiler area which you will not touch at all, and the radiator cooling area also remains same.
For the rear you need the diffuser bracket and a diffuser plus a cover for the tow-hitch and if you want the sticker that goes into the diffuser. I opted for a 3-color (//M) sticker instead of buyong the factory rear.
If you installing a mirror that I can't help you becuse i like the factory mirror so I didn't bothered to replace that with a CSi unit.
I promised a million times but tomorrow (03-04-00) i'll post a picture of my modified 840Ci.
