Following up on the dyno reports from Nov. '99, I'd love to hear from those who are driving Conforti-chipped ("sharked") cars now. What are your impressions after several months' use in terms of performance, driveability, gas mileage?
One significant question which the dyno tests didn't answer is, does the Conforti chip vary ignition advance and fuel delivery during part-throttle operation as well as full-throttle, which is how the dyno results were achieved? Part-throttle tuning not only helps driveability but should improve gas mileage running premium unleaded.
