750iL Brake Squeel..Help!! (archive)

My 90 750iL has a problem with brake noise. Especially when backing out of my garage, the rear brakes make a weird noise like something is rubbing. The new rotors and pads only have 5k miles on them. Inspected all 4 sets today and look good.

Any Ideas on a fix?

Also my pedal seems a little soft when applying the brakes. Just replaced the brake pressure switches due to leaks. But was soft before I changed them. I haven't bled the brake system..maybe that's it..or the master cylinder spring may be weak. Any thoughts?
