Extrude Hone intakes and exhaust (archive)

I am going to have my exhaust manifolds processed by Extrude Hone and then by Jet-Hot. In order to prevent down time for my car I am going to purchase a �spare� set of manifolds. I have already found someone to split the cost with me (brings the cost of the manifolds down from 1150 to 575 each). When the performance modifications are complete I am going to have them installed on my car. I am going to give the extra manifolds I will end up with to the guy who is splitting the cost with me. When he is done we will give his to the next guy, etc. When the cycle is complete the group can sell the final set of manifolds and split the cash between the group.

I also have a set if intakes that are making their rounds between Extrude Hone and Jet-Hot (if anybody in interested in getting in on the intakes send me an e-mail). The goal for me is to have the completed intakes and exhaust manifolds installed at the same time (one day in the shop).

The main advantage here is minimal down time for the car by not having to part with your own parts for 8 weeks or so. Minimized down time has a significant value to me.

I have verified that the exhaust manifolds for the 850i and the CSi are the same so interchangeability will not be an issue.
