I believe the i/Ci/CSi all share a common casing, yet a different rear cover (due to mounting points). From my understanding of the CSi's four wheel steering system, I believe it to control rear wheel camber angles by changing suspension geometry, not the differential or its mounting points. As such, it shouldn't interfere.

One of the list members actaully mounted a 2.93 CSi differential in his 92 6 spd, and apparently only had to substitute the original rear cover.
