Yes.
The body electronics module (ZKE, IIRC) goes into a low power state for 16 minutes where the windows, lights, and sunroof can still be activated unless you open a door. For example, you interior lights will stay on for exactly 16 minutes if you leave the door open, and then shut down.
It then goes to full power down state where these components will no longer work.
Betcha have something connected in series with the alarm that's powered off this 16-minute bus.
