1993-1997 (1999 for EU) 850Ci 5.4l V12 (326HP) V12 5 spd. auto w/steptronic
1993-1995 (1996 for EU) 850CSi 5.6l V12 (370HP) V12 6 spd. manual, different front/rear spoilers, mirrors, etc. kind of like an M version
1994-1995 840Ci 4.0l V8 (286HP) 5spd. auto
1996-1997 (1999 for EU) 4.4l V8 (286HP) 5 spd. auto (w/steptronic)

They are all look alike except the 850CSi.
