I wanted to activate my phone on a buddy plan with my phone, which is possible and also when I leave town that 3 watt booster does wonders.

My problem is the phone turns on, but the display doesnt work. Is the phone repairable or does it have to replaced? Also I havent called the dealer yet, but is replacing it gonna be a $500.00 part?
