Euro Factory Recall/TSB Info? (archive)

Folks:

Where can one find factory recall bulletins or technical service bulletins for Euro-spec 6'ers? I know this info exists online for US-spec cars, but I wasn't sure about non-US market cars. I'm asking because I'm curious as to whether my '80 635 has been retrofitted.
