I know Len and everybody else think I'm crazy but I saw 2 CSI in Europe and none of them had rear seats. I searched for eu literature and found a 1993 Auto und Motor which is intruducing the CSi back in 1993 and states that the CSi comes without rear seat because they were unuseful anyway and they tried to save weight. The US version has them for the same reason the Aston Martin DB7 has them too - tax purposes. If the car has only 2 seats it is a sports car with a higher taxes, if there is 2+2 (or 4) then it is just a plain coupe with a lower tax. I asked the local Aston martin dealer about it too.
