There is a list of all the fuse sizes with an optional fuse rating for Xenon starting in 1993.
I realize that does not mean it was available everywhere, but it was an option.
My car also has Kinematic Stearing and rear window shade motor options listed on the trunk fuse box list. I don't think they where available in the US though.
