Easily : expensive car = rich owner = high labor , That's it ! The only tricky part is the 2 upper screw on the dash next to the winshield. You need a 1/4 wrench kit with a 45degree extension and a small hand (wife, girlfriend, etc) the rest is easy ! I think you're problem doesn't even need the removal of the dash. Most of the heater/blower part can be reached from the center are. Remove the center console and check the wires.
