Just a few suggestions on your cold miss.
Just to run through a few basics. Of course you have to replace the plugs because the cost is negligible and 9 times out of ten that will fix a miss. If that doesn't do it then the next thing is to determine which cylinders are missing. You must expose the plugs and wires to do this. Then you can use several tool devises that will help you to do this safely without removing the wires. Most tool shops have them. Once the cylinders are determined then you must check out the coils for those cylinders. Some times a coil that is going bad will act up by missing like this before going completely out.

If it is not the plugs, or coil then you must check the cylinder for compression and leak down. If you find a low pressure then you have a problem no matter how you look at it. However if the pressure is good, then it most likely at this point would be your injector or the gas feed to the injector. AT this point you will discover the normal cause for any kind of engine failure is many times the abnormal. But, you really should go through these simple tests and process to eliminate what is not the problem.
Good luck, Kurt
