There have been a few posts on extended warranties on the E-31 mailing list. I don't have any experience with these but others have and may want to add their comments:

Consumer's Choice Warranty - www.ccwarranty.com.
PENN Warranty - 800 356-9441

Some folks have been working on obtaining a group discount package with CCW, but so far they have not completed the process.
