Anyone ever heard of Autosource-sells damged cars? (archive)

Saw an ad for a 1994 840Ci with 40k miles for $21,000 with some damage to bumper cover, apparently through Autosource, a nationwide broker which claims to sell cars obtained from insurance companies. Price sounds cheap, but has anyone ever dealt with or heard about them?
BTW, is BMW going to replace this engine?
