I agree with JL, sounds like a hoax. I've noticed that their "ads/postings" feature a lot of hard to find autos for months! I would assume that 94 CSi with under 20Kmiles would be sold in a heartbeat, all it needed was seats and front bolt on parts.... for ~$20K.... This is only one of many theft recovery autos I've seen them advertise.
