I don't want to rain on anyone's parade but be VERY carful if you choose to go with PENN. I had a two year on my 750iL that was not worth the money paid for it. BMW's are complex cars, if the part is named differently than what is listed on your warranty, it WON'T be covered. I would be extremely surprised if PENN ever covered any problem with an 8, I only got PENN to cover one repair of $500.00 out of the $3800 I spent during the time of the warranty..
