I've noticed the same, but only on those switches with indicator bulbs (EDC switch, etc.) In my experience, this is normal for lighted switches, but it may not be for non-lighted ones and may indicate a high switch resistance which is building up heat. No input regarding the steering wheel, but have you checked to see if you're accidently hitting the seat memory button (which will also shift the wheel to the set position)?
