: Hi Everyone,

: I'm new to this message board. I spent about 2 hours reading the different messages!!

: I own a '91 850ia that in turning 120k next month. It's truly a special car to drive. 850 owners are definitely a passionate bunch about their cars. You have to be to justify owning one :-).

: The question...My 4 spoke steering wheel is wearing out. I've seen the same wheel on 5 and 7 series cars, and wanted to know if anyone knew where I could find a good used one or a new one at a reasonable price.

: Thanks in advance,

: Joe

Beware that BMW changed the splines on their steering wheels. For instance, the dealer told me that the steering wheel on our 90 535 will NOT fit on our 91 M5. From what I've gathered there was a change in splines around 85/86 and 90/91.
