As far as I know :

93 and up (5.4l V12) 850Ci = 6.3s 0-100km (0-60mph)
94-95 840Ci (4.0l V8) = 7.4s 0-100km
96-99 840Ci (4.4l V8 w/shiftronic) = 6.9s 0-100km

Don't get me wrong, but anybody else has different numbers could be also true. I had a huge argument with Frank DeMere from Motortrend because I questioned his data on the M5 and E55 Mercedes Benz. He said the MB was quicker although the HP is down 45HP and weight is up 280lbs and the M5 has manual while the E55 MB has auto transmission. He said, " Who the f..k are you to question ME ??? I'm a senior road test driver and I'll teach those guys in Germany to drive if they don't belive me " So much for being nice to a long term reader...
