850i Euro - Bring to USA, What is involved? (archive)

I live in Germany. I am looking at a 1991 850i with 130,000 Km on the clock. The local dealership wants 33,000 marks for the car. It is an automatic. How much money would it cost to bring it up to US specs when I move back to the states. The car looks to be in wonderful shape.
