Nope, sorry. I tried to get her interested in an M3 but....

1) M3's, M5's and every other Bimmer are thicker than flies in our area. Silicon Valley has more M3's than Volkswagons, and we both have it in our heads to get "something different"; and

2) She's only interested in a "sports car" which in her definition is a 2-door with sleek styling, and let's face it, even new 3's and 5's are still box-like.

Luckily, I think she's convinced herself that even in a non-popular color, there are too many Vettes around as well, so the Chevy doesn't qualify any more. It's gotten bad enough that I'm now reading the Ferrari ads in the paper (just what I need, a tempermental 12 cylinder !!). I guess we'll just have to keep looking around; and after all, I looked around for a year before the E-31 bug bit me.
