I used the BMW factory ones. Bought them at the dealer for $34.00CDN. About $23USD, they work just fine.

: Can anyone recommend a locking lug nut to protect tires and wheels from theft?
: I am familiar with 2 styles from BMW. One uses a spline key that does not look unique -- that is anyone with the same type of key could remove the lug.
: The other uses a regular key to remove a cap that has a 17 mm hex nut underneath. This one seemed difficult to get on and off.
