1996 850ci. How much?? (archive)

Hi: I am interested in a 1996 850ci at a Jaguar dealer. It has all books and has been dealer maintained. The car has 75k miles on it. I have not seen the car but it is supposed to be excellent condition. This was a trade in for a Jag XKR. How much do you think you will pay for this 850ci with high mileage. Any advice on after market warranties. Anything to look out for.
