Ahh, good 'ole Harry Hoffman; I haven't thought of that name in ages. Yes, I happen to have a Hofco alarm in my Honda CRX autocrosser. As I recall, back in the dark ages of the mid '80's, Harry Hoffman built the best darn car alarm systems around. They where extremely high tech and in-demand for all the top Porsches and Bimmers, in the burgeoning Silicon Valley. I haven't activated the alarm on the CRX in years, but I'll bet it will still work. I believe he had 1, 2 and 3 button systems.

At a time and place where Ungo boxes were flying out of dealers showrooms, Hofco quietly serviced the PCA and BMWCCA elite, with systems that were unmatched. I do not know if the company is still around. If anyone happens to find if they are still in business, I'd certainly like to know.
