Although the mileage is a little high for the year, ther price is right for a newer 850 with the larger V12 and steptronic 5 speed auto. Especially if it is a 1 owner with all dealer service records (all warranty and scheduled maintenance).
Actually it sounds too cheap. Better check for a clean title and any major accidents.
