I think I'd LOVE to get an 8 but I have tons of things I want to do to it since I've done that to my SC(making it a one of a kind car...). I have aspirations to do that with the 8.
Honestly..the 8 in it's stock look is pretty plain..but
with some very nice mods..it looks just as good as ANY new cars out there. But it has to be done carefully.
My suggestions for mods..and I wanted your opinions on mods.
8 series with:
Exterior:
Wheels
19X9 Lowenhart 3piece chrome wheels front. 265/35 Pirelli Pzeros
19X10 Lowenhart 3piece chrome wheels front. 285/35

Suspension
Bilstein Shocks/Racing Dynamics shocks..lowering car 1"
Lights:
Clear corner lights for the front. Custom HID non-popup headlight fixture, Custom grill HID foglights.
Clear corner lights for the sides
Possible custom clear taillight grill.
Interior:
Custom aluminum interior pieces replacing wood/plastic.
Aluminum shifter. Possible custom aluminum laced steering wheel.
Custom Two-toned black/grey soft grain leather replacing ROUGH stock euroleather.
New Eclipse LCD head unit stereo system w/DVD/TV/MP3Nav. Dynaudio speaker upgrade and
Eclipse 1000watt amp power.
Custom rear view w/autodim, temp, and compass.
Custom black 8 series floormats.

Actual engine mods would depend on the car.
I've heard of 850is that were Dinan modified..doing
0-60 in 4.5 seconds. If I had an 840..I'd supercharge
for sure.
okay well..would love to hear your comments on the
car mods I've described.
The result would be one of the most aggressive looking
8 series inside and out.
