: Okay, so I have my first stone chip since the whole CSi spoiler/mirror installation. Has anyone tried one of the services the BMW dealers are always touting like "Chips Away" to repair these? The demo hood hanging in BMW San Francisco's service area shows a before-after comparison. The chips appear to be completely removed without a trace. Any experience on the board? I'm not sure what type of body material you're talking about. If this is a dent in metal, then the dealer I use has a dent-removal service that's fantastic. I've used his service for chips only once, and then it was on the plastic nose cone. The results were excellent. I had a large chip -- about the size of a quarter -- and after they finished, I couldn't tell where it had been. If the chip is on metal I assume the results would be the same, but I can't say for sure.
TIA
