URGENT : Problem with Csi / M Sided Mirrors (archive)

I've just bought and put Csi M-Sided Mirrors on my car
But there is a problem (I think)
I ask answers from BMW 850 Csi owners or of these Sided Mirrors :

The support of the left mirror is longer than the right one !!
So the right one is higher and far from the glass than the left mirror
IS IT NORMAL ???
